Dr. Mathur is an accomplished professional with an impressive 32-year track record of success in Business Management & Operations, Technology Solutions, Brand Building, Security, and Emergency Response. As Regional Advisor - Asia at The Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs), Rajiv has been instrumental in bringing this prestigious global award to India. Thanks to his vast network and strong relationships with the security community, he successfully established #OSPAs in the country. His selfless efforts for last 7 years to showcase the Indian security industry on the global platform are visibly bearing fruit, as #OSPAs2025 is going global. Winners from all 33 countries, including India, will compete for the global awards, and India has the opportunity to bring home some of the trophies.
 
After a distinguished career in the corporate world, Dr. Mathur took the bold step of becoming an entrepreneur and co-founded The Fuel Delivery, an on-demand energy distribution service. The foreign funded start-up is on-course of a soonicorn. 
 
Before assuming his current role, Rajiv served as the CEO of V4 Security Services and held senior positions at Samriddhi Automations Pvt. Ltd – Sparsh CCTV, Twenty Four Secure Group, and Steelage Industries (Minimax), starting his career with Ceasefire. He is widely recognized for his industry expertise and enjoys strong associations with leading security organizations. He has been actively involved and maintains strong relationships with various security & other associations.
