Capt Inderveer Singh Dagur (Retd), is an aluminous of Rashtriya Military School Belgaum, and Passed out of Officers Training Academy, Chennai with the coveted “Sword of Honour” for being the best all round Gentleman cadet and “Gold Medal” for standing first in the order of merit. He was commissioned into the prestigious Mechanized Infantry Regiment.
After a short stint with the Indian Army, he served in the Security cadre of the largest Bank of the country, SBI, in various operational Zones of its Lucknow Circle, to look after security of branches, cash remittances/ transits, training, recruitment etc.
Thereafter he sidestepped to ONGC, the flagship Maharatna PSU in the Oil & Gas sector. He has served in its Central and North- Eastern Sector including a stint at the HQ. Capt Ratan Singh is currently working as Associate Director- Security with InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (IndiGo) taking care of North and South Regions and based out of Bengaluru.
He is a Security Professional possessing a professional degree in Laws and having domain experience exceeding three decades.
Ratan was commissioned in the Regiment of Artillery in 1989 after passing out from Officers Training Academy, Chennai. On completion of contractual period of military service in 1994 he chose to take a plunge in the field of Security Management and joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Lucknow Division as Manager- Security & Vigilance.
